ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Full time position (35 hours/week)

As Administrative Assistant and Client Support at Mediatomic Group Inc. you will play an essential role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our growing marketing agency, as well as supporting our e-commerce platforms. You’ll work closely with our dynamic team to keep our internal operations running smoothly and provide excellent service to our clients.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Collaborate with the client service team to resolve client issues, answer questions and guide clients
- Answer questions and requests for information
- Create quotes
- Produce, revise and/or prepare various documents
- Maintain client files, including contact information, communication histories and specific requests
- Support the team in the preparation of customer-related documents, quotes, reports and presentations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering the telephone, processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and coordinating with external service providers
- Assist in the follow-up of projects and mandates
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Perform any other related tasks required to achieve objectives.

Job requirements:

- Studies in business administration, secretarial or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, as well as experience in customer support, are assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, detail-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

As a Business Development Representative at Mediatomic Group Inc. you will play a key role in our growing marketing agency. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, building strong business relationships and promoting our services. Your main objective will be to generate business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company.

Main responsibilities:

- Actively prospect potential new customers
- Identify customer needs and present our services in a persuasive and convincing manner.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in meetings, events and trade shows to promote the company and expand our network.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals based on specific customer needs.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure the smooth flow of mandates and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities to stay current and competitive.
- Meet and exceed sales and growth targets set by the company.

Job requirements:

- Previous experience in business development, sales or marketing is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence potential customers.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Results orientation and ability to work independently to achieve objectives.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of the marketing and communications sector is desirable.
